Our experience base is formed by over twenty years of building-oriented diagnostics and investigation in structures as diverse as power plants, hospitals, schools, and commercial and residential properties.

Chris is our Industrial Hygienist and Consultant providing environmental testing services. Chris holds the following certifications:
- Registered Professional Engineer, Colorado, California, and NCEES
- Colorado State and Federally certified Asbestos Building Inspector
- Colorado State and Federally certified Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist
- Colorado State and Federally certified Asbestos Management Planner
- Colorado State and Federally certified Lead-Based Paint Inspector and Risk Assessor
- ICC Certified Commercial Building Contractor
- Certified Thermographer
- Member National Society of Professional Engineers
- Member of the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers
- Voting Member of ASTM, Committee D22 on Air Quality.
Azura Lakin
Azura has been our lead investigator for asbestos, lead and mold surveys, sampling regimes, and reports for 16 years. Azura retains the following certifications:
- Colorado State and Federally certified Asbestos Building Inspector
- Colorado State and Federally certified Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist
- Certified Analyst Asbestos Airborne Dust 29 CFR 1926.1001 & 1910.1001
